Here some examples of a range of events we have recently organised:
Working on behalf of CakeGroup (London) we organised the European launch of the new computer game Saints Row 2. The event was attended by a number of journalists from across Europe and it was a huge success. The challenge was to re create scenes from the new game in Abaton, an old factory/warehouse in Prague.
At the entrance in the courtyard we had a chaotic scene with a wrecked car covered in bullet holes and on fire.
Guests then moved inside the building where we had created an American type holding cell (with some gang members), before moving on to a warehouse apartment complete with all the trappings one would expect of a gang hang out. The final scene was a plush night club, complete with dancers, a classy bar, and hostesses.
With what we had to work from, creating a top class night club was a challenge but it proved to be spectacular in every respect.
Here are a few pics of the venue before and after we had worked a little magic.

It's amazing what you can do with a little imagination!
Hi Ian,
Firstly, a massive thank you to you and your team (especially Pavla and Marti) for your work on the event – the venue looked fantastic and everything was delivered to a very high standard. We really enjoyed working with you on the event and the client is very happy.
Please pass on my thanks, in particular to Jakob who was very helpful throughout.
Thanks again.

Hewlett Packard (Middle East) came to Prague to launch a new range of laptops and a business phone to a number of journalists from throughout the Middle East.
Accompanying them was a TV crew who filmed the event for broadcasting back in the Middle East.
The event was held in a tower in the middle of Wenceslas Square where guests were able to enjoy excellent views of Prague.
Dear Ian:
I would really like to thank you for all the excellent work that you demonstrated on the HP New ID Launch Event in Prague last month.
Your concepts, attention to details, quality of delivery, excellent selection of venues, artists and cuisines along with efficient project management skills made this "normally" hectic project run very smoothly.
I really appreciate the above could not have been achieved if you did not lead the project with professionalism and amazing commitment.
Once again thank you from me personally and Fortune Promoseven for the fantastic work.
We certainly look forward to working with you in future.
I’d also like to share with you a few comments from the HP guests (journalists) and the Client about this event.

“Thanks again for the trip, it was a great few days. I loved the fact that it was a small, informal trip with just a few other journalists, as this meant it was much easier to get to know everyone. The events were well planned (great food!) and the city tour was ideal to enable us to see all the sights in a limited amount of time, without having to stick to a rigid schedule.
The one (slight) criticism I have is that although it was lovely to receive a gift from HP of a crystal vase, this was a tricky item to transport home and it might be worth bearing this in mind in future if any companies want to offer gifts to journos travelling abroad...”

“Thanks so much for the trip. I have been telling everyone at work what a great press trip it was - I'd have to say the best I've been on by far. The treasure hunt through Prague was a great laugh; it was a very cool idea and a great way for everyone to get to know each other. The hotel and the venue were perfect and the free time to explore Prague at our leisure greatly appreciated. The HP launch itself was a combination of Dubai bling and Czech cuisine and hospitality.”

“The HP trip to Prague was one of the best I have had the pleasure of going on. The choice of city, the accommodation and the activities that had been laid on made it clear that HP were very proud of their new products, but that they were also keen to make Prague itself more than just the venue of the launch. Organising guides and a treasure hunt around the city gave the attending journalists a chance to get to know the team, and each other, far better than just a chat over dinner, while the launch itself was a wonderfully organised and entertaining evening that was as much about the products as it was about the city and what it has to offer. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, more than just faceless automatons singing the praises of whatever products were put in front of them, and they conveyed a tangible passion for what they do.”

“I would like to thank you all on behalf of T3 Middle East and myself for the HP trip. Yes, I think it was useful, fun and well-organized, and one could tell the activities were well thought-out, especially the treasure hunt and the launch dinner with the three great violinists and the serious-looking formal maitre d' :) Very nice.”

“Thanks for a great trip – very disappointed to be back at work and not in perfectly temperatured Prague, but what to do!”
Elena Danici – Hewlett Packard ME
I believe it was one of the best launch event organized by HP.
Anil Kumar – PSG Category Manager - Hewlett Packard ME

60 employees and associates from Global Financial (Canada) visited Prague for a week long visit to reward their top performers. We organised a full programme for the group throughout the week which included a day trip to Karlovy Vary, a cruise on the Vltava and culminating in a Gala Dinner in a palace in Mala Strana
Czech telecommunications software company Sloane Park had a full day of entertainment for business partners and employees. The day commenced with an action packed afternoon with activities that included wild water canoeing, zorbing, climbing, car racing and even a spot of mud wrestling!
In the evening they transferred to an old water treatment plant in which we made good use of the whole area including the dungeons to create a themed vampire evening.
